This activation worked because it was designed for fast participation. People could engage in under 60 seconds, feel “seen”, and leave with something worth sharing.
What happened
- Micro-demos + sampling created quick crowd buildup.
- A simple photo moment increased UGC without forcing it.
What could be done better
- Add a clearer “next step” CTA (QR to landing page, follow, sign-up).
- Improve queue flow so the crowd doesn’t block foot traffic.
